Georgian Prime Minister expresses his condolences over the death of former Georgian national team captain Giorgi Nemsadze.

"I am deeply saddened by the passing of Giorgi Nemsadze. This is an immense loss for Georgian football.

A former captain of Georgia`s national football team, an outstanding professional and a leader known for his fighting spirit, he proudly represented both the national team and Georgian and international clubs. Through his distinctive style of play and unwavering determination, he left an indelible mark on the history of Georgian sport.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to Giorgi Nemsadze’s family, loved ones, teammates and the entire nation of Georgia", - writes Irakli Kobakhidze.
