The Tbilisi City Court fully accepted the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office and found the defendant guilty of the illegal purchase, storage and sale of narcotics.

The evidence examined during the trial confirmed that the defendant illegally purchased and stored the narcotics "Alpha PVP" and "Buprenorphine", which he illegally sold in two stages in exchange for money.

The detainee was charged under Article 260, Part 1 (illegal purchase and storage of narcotic drugs) and Article 260, Part 4 (illegal sale of narcotic drugs) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The Tbilisi City Court found the defendant guilty of the charges and sentenced him to 13 years and 6 months in prison.
