Merab Gamkrelidze, Head of Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia, introduced the new Deputy Head of the Service, David Ardazishvili, to the heads of structural units of the agency.

David Ardazishvili has many years of experience working at the Investigation Service. At different stages of his career, he held senior managerial positions in various structural units of the Service. Prior to his appointment to the new position, David Ardazishvili served as Deputy Head of the Investigation Department.

Merab Gamkrelidze congratulated David Ardazishvili on his appointment and wished him success in his future work.

The Head of Investigation Service stated that David Ardazishvili’s professional experience, qualification and vision are valuable resources for further improving the effectiveness of the Service.

According to Merab Gamkrelidze, one of the key priorities of Investigation Service is to further increase the effectiveness of combating financial and economic crimes and strengthen the institutional capabilities of the Service.

The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Head of Investigation Service, senior officials of the Investigation Department and heads of regional divisions.
