According to the National Environmental Agency, from the end of the day on September 28 until the morning of October 1, intermittent precipitation is expected in Georgia, with heavy intensity in most parts of the West, and in some mountainous and high-mountainous regions of the East.

Thunderstorms, hail, strengthening winds, and a 3-4 magnitude storm surge at sea are also possible.

The expected heavy precipitation may cause a significant rise in water levels on rivers, flash floods on small rivers, and the initiation or activation of landslide and mudslide processes in hilly and mountainous zones (medium threat level).
