Mariam Lashkhi met with the Deputy Minister of Science and Education of Azerbaijan

As part of the Parliamentary Delegation of Georgia's visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mariam Lashkhi, Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, met with Hasan Hasanli, Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing and deepening Georgia and Azerbaijan`s existing cooperation in education. The importance of strengthening cooperation in the areas of STEM, innovative and digital education, as well as exchanging textbooks and implementing joint projects, was emphasized.

Anton Obolashvili, a member of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Friendship Group, also participated in the meeting.
