Prime Minister of Georgia said that the opposition had united on numerous occasions, but all such attempts had ultimately failed, arguing that opposition parties were focused not on the Georgian people but on their “foreign patrons”.

“It does not matter whether they appear separately or together; they are unsuccessful either way.

There is one simple reason for this: they do not have the right principles. To be even more precise, they are not actually an opposition. They are foreign agents controlled from outside. The only people to whom they feel accountable are external forces”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.

As he noted, the opposition only stages imitations, mostly during election periods, and sometimes at other times as well.

“It is all just an imitation. Otherwise, from beginning to end, they are focused not on the Georgian people but on their foreign patrons. This is the main reason why they cannot achieve success. This is their business, their choice, and it is a very difficult choice”, - added the Prime Minister.
