The International Maritime Forum continues in Batumi

The International Maritime Forum continues in Batumi. The region’s largest discussion platform, where maritime and logistical issues are discussed, was opened yesterday by the Prime Minister.

The goals of the forum are stated as strengthening Georgiaэs status as a maritime nation, showcasing the development potential of the Middle Corridor, and enhancing regional transport connections on a global level. One of the main focuses of the meeting is on Anaklia.

The forum, which closes today, is attended by around 400 representatives from more than 40 countries.
