A new bridge is being constructed over the Khevistskali River on the Ponichala–Marneuli–Guguti road

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure is carrying out works for the construction of a bridge crossing over the Khevistskali River on the Ponichala–Marneuli–Guguti highway of international importance [km83–km84].

The new bridge has 5 spans, and its total length is 174.8 meters. The project includes the construction of the bridge crossing along with approach roads and sidewalks.

The works are funded from the state budget with GEL 5.9 million. The completion of the project is planned by the end of the current year.
