Based on the amendments made to the Law of Georgia "On the Public Registry", the institute of "Public Registry Surveyor" has been created, which ensures a high standard of accuracy and reliability for land surveying and cadastral data.

A "Public Registry Surveyor" is a certified specialist employed at the Agency, who will perform cadastral surveying works in accordance with modern technologies and international standards.

The introduction of the new institute serves to improve the quality of cadastral data and to develop a unified land administration system harmonized with international standards.
