The Mayor of Tbilisi responds to another resolution on Georgia, which was supported by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. According to his explanation, this resolution, like the previous version, is filled with lies and slander.
"This is not the first time that this type of resolution has been adopted.
It is disappointing that the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly supports such a shameful resolution. This institution is invited to monitor elections in countries, including Georgia. When you adopt a resolution that is filled with lies, what kind of election monitoring are we talking about? How can you invite this organization to assess the elections", - said Kakha Kaladze.
As he noted, representatives of the agent network will not be allowed to participate in the elections, which will protect the country from the influence of external forces.
"The interests of other countries will not be pursued here. First and foremost stands Georgian statehood. Things will no longer be as they were before 2012, when any foreigner’s foolish statement about Georgia was accepted as truth. The master of this country is the Georgian people, who decide who will be at the helm of the country, and not external forces, as happened in the past.
Specific international organizations have been noticed engaging in hostile activities against Georgia. When President Trump came out, called these organizations by their proper names, and spoke about the things we were talking about years ago, all of that was forgotten. We will not give these people the opportunity to pursue the interests of another large country in Georgia", - added Kakha Kaladze.
