As part of a joint project of City Hall and Rustavi 2, public screenings of the World Cup matches are starting at First Republic Square

Organized by Tbilisi City Hall in cooperation with Rustavi 2, public screenings of football matches will take place at First Republic Square from today, July 9, through July 19.

A fan zone will also be established. Visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of activities before the match.

On the following days, these activities will begin four hours before kick-off.

On days when no matches are broadcast, citizens will still be able to visit the venue from 7:00 p.m. and enjoy a variety of food and beverage facilities, relaxation areas, the Georgian Football Federation fan shop, and the interactive zone of the Georgian Cyber Football Federation. A separate area will be dedicated to young supporters, where children`s themed activities, games, face painting, and photo opportunities will be available every day. In addition, with the participation of the Georgian Football Federation, legends of Georgian football will visit First Republic Square throughout the ten-day period to hold open discussions about football and the ongoing World Cup.
