Parliament of Georgia transferred the PABSEC presidency to the Hellenic Parliament

At the 67th PABSEC Plenary Session, the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, formally transferred the presidency of PABSEC, which had been held by the Parliament of Georgia for the past six months, to the Hellenic Parliament.

The 67th Plenary Session of PABSEC is being held in the village of Mepiskalaki, Kaspi Municipality.

The Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Hellenic Parliament to PABSEC, Sofia Voultepsi, thanked Shalva Papuashvili for his service as President of the PABSEC and, on behalf of the Organization, presented him with the PABSEC Honorary Medal in recognition of his contribution.

The 67th Plenary Session of PABSEC was opened with welcoming remarks by the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili; the President of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, Afrim Gashi; the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Khatuna Totladze; the Head of the Georgian Parliamentary Delegation to PABSEC, Irakli Mezurnishvili; and the Deputy Secretary General of PABSEC, Borys Kolisnychenko.
