As part of her official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev.
During the meeting, the parties underscored the significance of establishing a strategic partnership between Georgia and Kazakhstan in the context of the Prime Minister’s forthcoming visit to Kazakhstan, noting that this marks the beginning of a new phase in Georgia-Kazakhstan bilateral relations and will foster comprehensive cooperation.
The parties discussed prospects for the further development of bilateral relations. The importance of maintaining high- and highest-level dialogue between the two countries was also highlighted.
Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between Georgia and Kazakhstan in the development of the Middle Corridor, as well as to enhancing bilateral trade and economic ties.
