Prime Minister of Georgia attends the closing ceremony of StudFest 2026

The Prime Minister of Georgia together with Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze and Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze attended the closing ceremony of StudFest 2026.

While addressing the participants, he congratulated students on the successful completion of the festival:

"Over 20 000 students took part in this year’s events. StudFest 2026 featured an exceptionally diverse range of activities. Over 2000 participants joined the festival marathon alone.

This reflects remarkable enthusiasm and motivation, for which I would like to express my sincere gratitude. Congratulations to all the winners! It is our responsibility to continue supporting initiatives like this. We can promise that StudFest will become an annual tradition and that its program will continue to expand", - stated Irakli Kobakhidze.

He thanked the organizers of the festival, including the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth, the Youth Agency, Tbilisi City Hall, Rustavi City Hall and representatives of municipalities across Georgia for their contribution to the event’s success.

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze and Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze also congratulated students on the successful completion of StudFest 2026. During the ceremony, the Minister presented awards to the winners of the festival`s competitions, while the StudFest 2026 Grand Prize was awarded to the Georgian Technical University.

The closing ceremony was attended by members of the Government of Georgia, university rectors and participants of StudFest 2026.
