The Ministry of Internal Affairs seized a total of 330 so-called miners, our goal is to seize all miners as much as possible, and consequently, reduce electricity consumption. Such a statement made today Levan Zhorzholiani, the Head of the Government Administration of Georgia.

As he noted, the Government urges the population to cooperate with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to identify illegal facts of electricity use.

“Our goal is to seize all miners as much as possible, and consequently, reduce electricity consumption, which exceeded 133 million kilowatt-hours, which is unrealistic for a municipality the size of Mestia. This should be a maximum of 7-10 million kilowatt-hours. We urge the population to cooperate as much as possible with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to identify illegal facts of electricity use”, - added Levan Zhorzholiani.
