According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic for off-road vehicles (with two or more drive axles) has been restored on the km78–km88 section of the Kutaisi (Saghoria)–Baghdati–Abastumani–Benara road of domestic significance.

The movement of other types of vehicles remains prohibited.

Traffic is unrestricted on the remaining sections of the highway.
