Georgian Prime Minister expressed optimism about the future of Georgian-American relations, stating that the approach of the new US administration differs significantly from that of its predecessor and creates an opportunity to rebuild strategic ties.

"It is very positive that the approach of the new US administration is fundamentally different from the approach demonstrated by the previous administration.

If we recall 2020 and 2024, it was the former administration that, on the contrary, encouraged sabotage and the boycott of state institutions. Now you can see that this approach has changed, which is very important.

All of this gives us hope and provides a basis for optimism that we will be able to review our partnership and restore strategic relations from a clean slate, guided by a concrete roadmap, an idea that we have proposed on multiple occasions", - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
