Mayor of Tbilisi reviewed relations between Georgia and the US, stating that the Georgian Government was ready to reset relations with the Donald Trump administration.

“We have said many times that our Government is ready to start relations from a clean slate. The unfair attitude directed against the Georgian state by the administration of Joe Biden, through specific statements and actions, must be replaced with a fair approach. Once again, we express full readiness to cooperate with the Trump administration, but all of this must be based on fair approaches.

The opposition would not be able to damage these relations… The opposition is the enemy of this country. They represent an agent network. Over the past several decades, hundreds of millions were spent on creating this network. This was not only the case in our country - in other countries as well, where external forces had political interests, they acted through the same scheme. This is how they easily controlled countries.

We have also seen several attempts at revolution here, sometimes through non-governmental organisations, sometimes through journalists. Everything is out in the open, and we know it very well”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
