King Charles III has congratulated Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili and the people of Georgia on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.

"On the occasion of Georgia`s Independence Day, my wife and I extend our warm congratulations to the Georgian people.

I take great pride in the longstanding friendship between the two peoples, and my wife and I would like to express our sincere good wishes to the people of Georgia for the year ahead", - the message reads.
