Festive banners have been placed on the Parliament building of Georgia in connection with May 26.

The flag of Georgia was displayed on the facade, along with banners dedicated to Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II and the 1700th anniversary of the declaration of Christianity as the state religion in Georgia.

According to the Government Administration, festive events in connection with Georgia`s Independence Day will be held across the entire country.
