In April volume of money transfers from abroad constituted 318.06 million USD (857.3 million GEL), which is 7.6% (22.5 million USD) more than the amount in April 2025. The National Bank of Georgia published the relevant information.

96.6% of the total money transfers from abroad came from 26 largest partner countries, with the volume of transfers from these countries each exceeding 1 million USD in April 2026.

In April 2025 the share of these 26 countries constituted 96.4% of the total volume of money transfers.

In April 2026, 35.2 million USD (or 94.9 million GEL) was transferred from Georgia, which is 10.2% more as compared to 31.9 million USD in April 2025.
