Prime Minister of Georgia said that any initiative planned by the opposition for May 26 are “doomed to complete failure”, claiming the opposition lacks even the level of public support they mustered on October 4.
As he underlined, the Independence Day should serve as a moment of unity rather than political friction.
“Regarding May 26 and the opposition's initiatives, they do not even have the resources they had on October 4. Consequently, any attempt of theirs is doomed to complete failure, and the public will see this. May 26 should be a day of national consolidation”, - added Irakli Kobakhidze.
