Tbilisi City Hall to provide transportation for those wishing to attend the Patriarch’s enthronement

Tbilisi City Hall will provide free transportation for those wishing to attend the enthronement of the newly elected Patriarch of Georgia.

Citizens will travel by municipal buses from First Republic Square to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, and back to Republic Square after the conclusion of the 142nd Patriarch’s enthronement.

Public transport will depart from Tbilisi towards Mtskheta on May 12 at 08:00.

The enthronement ceremony of Shio III, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Archbishop of Mtskheta-Tbilisi, and Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, will be held tomorrow at 10:00 at Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
