Head of Government Administration meets Vice-President of ACWA Power Central Asia

Head of Government Administration of Georgia met Sachin Abhyankar, Vice-President of ACWA Power for Central Asia, representing a leading international investment company in the fields of energy and sustainable infrastructure.

The parties discussed the growing dynamics of relations between Georgia and the Saudi Arabia, as well as future partnership opportunities. Particular emphasis was placed on the country’s renewable energy potential, including solar and wind power plants, as well as the Black Sea submarine cable project.

As noted by Levan Zhorzholiani, Georgia’s stable business environment and strategic location create favorable conditions for long-term partnerships with major international investors. He provided the international investment company with information on the country's strong economic indicators and competitive tax system, emphasizing that Georgia welcomes the interest of leading international energy investors in its renewable energy and regional export potential.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Heads of Government Administration Ilia Shamugia and Zviad Barkaia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Nikoloz Revazishvili and Giorgi Ezughbaia, representing ACWA Power in the Interaction with the Georgian side.
