Due to an event planned by the Tbilisi City Hall, traffic movement will be restricted near Europe Square from 00:00 to 15:00 on April 22.

The restriction will apply to vehicles traveling toward Europe Square from Gorgasali Square, as well as from Metekhi Bridge and Metekhi Ascent. Traffic will also be prohibited from the exit ramp of the tunnel on the Noe Zhordania Left Embankment leading toward Metekhi Church.

Vehicles will be able to travel from Gorgasali Square onto Kote Apkhazi Street. On the Right Embankment of the Mtkvari, vehicles from Gorgasali Street will be able to move toward both Zviad Gamsakhurdia Embankment and from Gorgasali Square toward Kote Apkhazi Street, as well as from Tumaniani Street toward Gorgasali Street. Vehicles will also be allowed to use the ramp descending from Europe Square into the tunnel on the Left Embankment.

Public transport routes passing through Europe Square will be diverted.

Specifically, municipal buses N102, N301, N310, N331, N345 and minibuses N550 and N580, which usually travel from Gorgasali Street toward Baratashvili Bridge and Baratashvili Street via Metekhi Bridge and Europe Square, will instead connect to Kote Apkhazi Street from Gorgasali Street. From Freedom Square, they will continue toward Baratashvili Street or Rustaveli Avenue according to their established routes.

As for route N333, when traveling toward Ketevan Dedofali Avenue, the bus will no longer enter Europe Square from Kosta Khetagurovi Street. It will instead travel toward Baratashvili Bridge, make a turn on Baratashvili Street, cross the bridge again to connect to Baratashvili Ascent, and then follow its regular route.
