At the initiative of the Romanian side, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Oana-Silvia Țoiu.

The parties discussed relations between Georgia and the European Union, as well as ongoing developments in Georgia.

Minister Botchorishvili underscored the challenges facing the region and, in this context, emphasized the importance of stability and security.

Particular attention was devoted to the significance of enhancing cooperation in the Black Sea region.
