The President of Georgia accompanied by a delegation, has departed for an official visit to Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic.
As part of the visit, an official welcoming ceremony for Mikheil Kavelashvili will be held at the Grassalkovich Palace (Presidential Palace). He will be hosted by the President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini. Face-to-face and expanded format meetings are scheduled, followed by joint statements for the media.
During the visit, Mikheil Kavelashvili is also scheduled to meet with the Vice-Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, Denisa Saková, and the Chairman of the National Council, Richard Raši.
The Georgian delegation includes: Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee; Giorgi Zurabashvili, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia; Konstantine Kvachakidze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Slovak Republic; and representatives of the Administration of the President of Georgia.
Mikheil Kavelashvili’s official visit will conclude on April 3.
