Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met Nokerguly Atagulyev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
The meeting focused on relations between Georgia and Turkmenistan, as well as prospects for future cooperation.
The parties discussed various areas of bilateral collaboration and noted that Georgia-Turkmenistan relations have reached a qualitatively new level. High-ranking visits were highlighted as an important factor in further strengthening these ties. Discussions also covered trade and economic relations, with particular attention given to cooperation in agriculture and tourism.
The regional situation was also addressed. The importance of Turkmenistan"s efforts to promote peace and stability in Central Asia was emphasized, along with the need for such policies to ensure sustainable development across the region.
