Georgia to assume chairmanship of OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation from April 13

Starting from April 13, Georgia will become the Chair country of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC).

On March 25, during the final session of the French chairmanship, a ceremony was held to symbolically hand over the chairmanship to Georgia.

Georgia will lead the Forum for Security Co-operation until September 4, after which the chairmanship will be transferred to the United Kingdom.

The Forum for Security Co-operation is a key decision-making body of the OSCE, whose primary objective is to promote the strengthening of security within the OSCE framework.
