Officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on charges of facilitating the illegal purchase, storage and sale of large and especially large amounts of narcotic drugs, arrested A.I., born in 2007, and previously convicted A.M., born in 1990 in Rustavi Municipality at different times.

During the defendants’ personal search and residential homes, as well as during the investigative experiment, law enforcement officers seized 33 packages of the narcotic drugs “tetrahydrocannabinol” and “alpha PVP” prepared for sale from the indicated places as evidence.

The investigation is underway under Articles 260, 260-4 and 19-260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
