The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, met with the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán.
The Hungarian Prime Minister expressed his condolences to the Head of the Georgian Government on the passing of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, and thanked him for visiting Budapest during these difficult moments.
During the meeting, Irakli Kobakhidze once again emphasized the Patriarch`s epochal role in the history of the country and the nation.
The Prime Minister will participate in the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Hungary today. His speech at the conference will be dedicated to the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia.
