The Public Relations Service of the Georgian Patriarchate issues the following statement:

“To pay tribute to His Holiness and Beatitude, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II, the Holy Trinity Cathedral [Sameba] will be open 24 hours a day.

Clergy and parishioners will have the constant opportunity to come to the cathedral and perform memorial services for the repose of his soul”.
