The National Environmental Agency has released a statement regarding the expected weather in Georgia for March 14-16.

According to the Agency, on March 14-15, rain and strong easterly winds are expected in some areas of Western Georgia amid relatively warm temperatures. Meanwhile, Eastern Georgia will experience relatively cold weather with occasional precipitation.

On March 16, rain is expected across most of the country, with snow in the high mountains.

In Tbilisi, occasional rain is expected. Daytime air temperatures will be recorded between +8 and +10 degrees.

Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, Poti - on March 14-15, it will be mostly dry, while on March 16, it will rain. Daytime air temperatures will reach +15 to +17 degrees, dropping to +9 to +11 degrees on March 16.

Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, Ozurgeti - on March 14-15, it will be mostly dry and windy, while on March 16, it will rain. Daytime air temperatures will reach +16 to +18 degrees, decreasing to +10 to +12 degrees on March 16.

Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khulo, Rikoti Pass - on March 14, it will be mostly dry and windy, while on March 15-16, it will rain. Daytime air temperatures will reach +13 to +15 degrees, dropping to +8 to +10 degrees on March 16.

Mestia, Bakhmaro - on March 14, it will be mostly dry and windy, while on March 15-16, snow is expected in some areas. Daytime air temperatures will reach +9 to +11 degrees, decreasing to +4 to +6 degrees on March 16.

Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, Tskhinvali - occasional rain is expected. Daytime air temperatures will be recorded between +9 and +11 degrees.

Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, Dedoplistskaro - occasional rain is expected. Daytime air temperatures will be recorded between +8 and +10 degrees. Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, Pasanauri - occasional precipitation is expected. Daytime air temperatures will be recorded between +7 and +9 degrees. Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo - occasional snow is expected. Daytime air temperatures will be recorded between +2 and +4 degrees.
