The Bureau discussed the March 17–20 plenary agenda. According to the Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili, he will present his annual report to Parliament next week.

In line with the Bureau`s agenda, discussions are planned on various draft laws, including amendments to the Product Safety and Free Circulation Code and the Law on Remuneration in Public Institutions.

By decision of the Bureau, the Parliament will also begin consideration of amendments to the Law on Transparency of Foreign Influence.

According to the draft law, the powers provided under the Law on Transparency of Foreign Influence will be exercised by the State Audit Office instead of the National Agency of Public Registry, a legal entity of public law operating under the governance of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. The Bureau designated the Legal Affairs Committee as the lead committee for reviewing the draft law.
