As a result of a joint operation, customs officers of the Customs Checkpoint "Tbilisi Airport" of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the officers of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, discovered a particularly large amount of a liquid containing the psychotropic drug "ketamine". As a result of a detailed examination of the luggage belonging to a foreign citizen, a customs officer identified up to 9 liters of a liquid containing "ketamine" in plastic bottles.

The case materials were transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia for further response.
