Draft Law on Creation and Management of Racha Protected Areas approved by the Parliament

The Parliament deliberated for the III reading and unanimously approved with 89 votes the Draft Law on Creation and Management of Racha Protected Areas, introduced by the Deputy Environmental Protection and Agriculture Minister, Zurab Ezugbaia.

The Draft envisages the creation of the five natural monuments in the Ambrolauri and Oni Municipalities.

As per the reporter, the amendments simplify and specify the part of the provisions.
