We have consistently stated that Georgia is ready and welcomes the normalization of relations with the United States, with a fresh start that allows us to build a partnership based on mutual interests.

Georgia has always been a committed contributor to the transatlantic agenda, an important regional partner, and naturally, we expect that the US will recognize that our relations merit such attention. You are aware that the Trump administration, as well as the current US administration, inherited a challenging legacy in terms of bilateral relations.
