Shalva Papuashvili to present Parliament’s annual activity report next session week

The Speaker of Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, will present the Parliament’s annual report on its activities during the next plenary session week.

“It had been announced that the Parliament’s annual activity report would be discussed today; however, given that the Prime Minister of Armenia is currently on an official visit to Georgia and members of the Government are attending a session of the intergovernmental commission, consideration of the matter will take place during the next plenary session week”, - said Shalva Papuashvili at today’s Bureau.

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, the annual report on parliamentary activities is reviewed under the same procedure established for the first reading of a draft law.
