Sports Minister congratulates MMA team on success at European Championship

Georgian Minister of Sports congratulated the Georgian mixed martial arts team on winning 22 medals at the European Championship. Shalva Gogoladze ალსო wished the Georgian fighters success in their upcoming competitions.

The 2026 European Championship was held in the Serbian capital Belgrade. The youth and national MMA teams won a total of 22 medals at the continental championship, including 2 gold, 7 silver and 13 bronze.

The meeting held at the Ministry of Sports was attended by First Deputy Minister of Sports Irakli Medzmariashvili, President of the Georgian Mixed Martial Arts Federation Giorgi Kabulashvili, and the team`s coaches.
